c. about the logic applied if treatment is carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. about the holder's identifying data, the people responsible and the appointed representative under article 5, comma 2 of the Decree;
e. about the people or categories of people to whom the personal data can be transmitted or can learn about them in the capacity of appointed representative in state territory, people responsible or delegates.
3. The person concerned has the right to have:
a. updating, correction or when concerned combining of data;
b. cancellation, changing into an anonymous form or a block on data treated in violation of the law including those for which the storing is not necessary in relation to the aims for which the data were collected or afterwards treated;
c. declaration that the operations in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data were transmitted or spread, except if such fulfilment proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate use of means in comparison to the right protected.
4. The person concerned has the right to fully or partially oppose:
